Arts Help Provide a Well Rounded ApplicationThe Burbank Arts Education Foundation is the only organization dedicated to ensuring permanent and equal access to a quality arts education for Burbank’s 15,000 students.

The Foundation was founded in 2006 and our goal is to create a $10 million permanent endowment fund which will support arts education in the Burbank Unified School District in four areas: (1) music, (2) visual arts, (3) dance, and (4) drama. The principal will be invested permanently and the income will provide an annual source of funding for the arts.

Studies show that arts-involved students watch fewer hours of TV, participate in more community service, and report less boredom in school. According to Americans for the Arts, young people who participate in the arts for at least three hours, three days each week for at least a year are:
